GAML Consultants Private Limited (GAML) provides online personal and business websites/Web pages. 'Terms and Conditions are provided online. Client's/ User’s use or order of their websites / Web pages shall be deemed to be their acceptance of posted terms and conditions.

In consideration for Client retaining GAML Consultants Private Limited (GAML) to design or redesign, build, and/or maintain a website for Client, it is agreed as follows:

• Description of Services
  "Webpaysu.com is a website promoted and owned by GAML Consultants Private Limited (GAML) provides to its client/user (“Client”) the service design and/or redesign, build, upload and maintain a website/web page for its Client (collectively the “Services”) according to the specifications agreed between the parties and provided in the fee quote addressed to the Client by webpaysu.com. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any and all new Services or features or changes to the current services offered shall be subject to these terms and conditions. Client is solely responsible for supplying website content and images. If the content and images are not supplied within 2 weeks of order/registration, subject to the terms, GAML will use generic content and develop the website. If it is necessary or required (under the specifications) to purchase images or fonts, the actual costs will be charged to the Client. Any such purchases shall be made by webpaysu.com and shall require to be pre-approved by the client. Any services not specified in the quote shall not be required to be performed by webpaysu.com.

• Provision of Services
  All site-users understand and agree that webpaysu.com or any of its affiliate portals or any of its promoters make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the site or the information, content, materials, or products included on this site.

• Advertisers
  Webpaysu.com, GAML, its promoters, employees, officers, agents and affiliates have the right to approach and/or sell advertising space/features/ content syndications posted/to be posted on the website/webpage of the Client.
  
  In lieu of the said right granted to webpaysu.com by the Client, webpaysu.com shall pay to the Client its share as follows: Basic Package : an amount not exceeding INR 1500 per month Advanced Package : an amount not exceeding INR 3000 per month Such share shall be paid by GAML on the first date of every month and would be purely decided by the overall profitability of the business run by webpaysu.com.
  
  This amount shall be paid on the 1st of every month, provided that in the event the first day of the month is a holiday, the share shall be paid to the Client on immediately succeeding working day. The web package has to be renewed at the end of the 11th month and then every 12 months thereon by the client by paying an amount of INR 1000 or the current domain & web hosting renewal, whichever is higher.

• Compensation
  With respect to the fee to be paid by the Client to GAML, it is agreed that the same shall be arrived at between the parties on the basis of the package selected by the Client. Client is required to pay the entire fee to GAML at the time of the registration.

• Term and Termination
  The initial term of the provision of Services shall be 36 months. At the end of 36 months, as notified by webpaysu.com the provision of Services shall be automatically renewed for a further period of 36 months. The provision of Services is effective until terminated by either party. Client may stop using the Services of webpaysu.com by deleting all related documentation and all copies and installations. Webpaysu.com may terminate providing the Services at any time and without any notice to the Client, if, in its sole judgment, the Client has breach any term or condition of these terms and conditions.

• Modification of Services
  Webpaysu.com and its promoters reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Client agrees that webpaysu.com shall not be liable to any site-user or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

• Link
  The Service" to "webpaysu.com may provide, or third parties may provide, links to other World Wide Web sites or resources.
